Overview: Ministerial Legalization – official authentication and certification of a UK official document issued by the UK Government, which confirms that the document has the full legal effect and may be used in that foreign country.

• Stamp of the UK Government

Ministerial legalization is required when you need to use a UK official document issued by the UK Government outside the UK, in a foreign country, which is not a party to the Apostille Convention 1961.
